We use a mentor model for all consultants working within our organization.  Each of our behavior specialists has an experienced and well-respected professional assigned to them as a mentor.  Time is devoted to ensuring that a high quality of work is provided to all of our clients.  We take pride in our work and every behavior support plan is reviewed by a mentor before being sent out.  Donna and Ed are known for creative support plans with a value-based philosophy and will ensure that all of our behavior specialists maintain the same standards.  Functional behavior assessments inform all of our support plans.  Initial plans are developed using facilitated meetings with the team members.  Direct care staff and families are valued as important contributors to our planning process.

Our training is based on values consistent with progressive thinking about supporting people with disabilities.  We believe in inclusion, choice, self-determination and valued social roles that sustain respect, appreciation of gifts and capacity building throughout all of our trainings.  While each training is a stand alone module, they are all interconnected by similar values and taken together can help organizations implement and maintain progressive support strategies.  Training can be geared for any size group from large conferences to  small teams.
